Yung Berg was reportedly assaulted and robbed for close to $10,000 in cash and jewelry in a Los Angeles home this weekend.
According to TMZ, LA police say that the Chicago-based rapper born Christian Ward was attending a house party around 2 a.m. Monday morning (February 22) when four armed men entered the home. Police say eight people were robbed and two were pistol-whipped in the process including Berg.
When contacted by tmz.com a rep for the rapper said that Berg was in Las Vegas all weekend and he is unsure of the incident.
This is not the first time the “Sexy Can I” MC has been victimized. In 2008 he got into an altercation with Maino after confronting him and his camp in an Atlanta nightclub. And prior to that Berg had his Transformers chain snatched while in Detroit.
